Well, now that our Oktoberfest she-bang is over, and my monthly fuel cell newsletter has been distributed, I can get back to my poetry. Today, during Frida's nap, I revised a poem. And then revised it some more. And because she was still sleeping, I even sent it to a couple of po-friends for feedback on the revisions.
Tomorrow, I'll have a few hours to myself to get out and about, maybe work on more revisions to other poems. I have many poem drafts that deserve a second look to see if revisions might bring them closer to full-realization.
On a positive note, I'm thrilled that two of my sonnets in the voice of Thumbelina's mother were picked up by 32 Poems. Huzzah!
